Half the rugs we sell each year are purchased by people who never visit in person! We're very experienced at helping you find the perfect rug--we've been doing it for 79 years.
Have a look at Rugs ON SALE® to get an idea of the wide variety of rug types available, as well as relative prices. If a rug interests you from our website, we'll send it at our expense (except for some specially priced Clearance and "scratch and dent" rugs) on approval for you to examine in your home. If the rug is unsatisfactory for any reason, you can return it. There is no obligation to you to buy.
If you live outside the continental US, please read this important information.
To ship a rug to you, we need this information:
Your full name and full shipping address... so we know who you are and where to ship.
A good way to contact you reliably... a current email address plus a telephone number at home and/or at work.
A current credit card number... please note that we do not charge your card when we ship, but we will verify the card number and status. We only charge your card when you've told us the rug is satisfactory.
Please note that we absolutely do not sell or share customer information with anyone.
If you're uncertain about what size or kind of rug you need, or if you do not find a rug in the listings that appeals, write, fax, or call us with details about the area in which you intend to use the rug, and we'll make specific suggestions. Let us know the size of the room, as well as the minimum and maximum rug sizes you think will be appropriate. Information about colors you favor or colors or patterns already used in the area is very helpful. The more information we have, the better able we are to select rugs for you to choose among. To make it easy for you to provide this information, you can email a request for information about rugs in stock directly to us.
